Non delivery of passport

Sir,

i have applied for my passport 2 months back.i paid the required amount at the office for the passport. After 20days a person from the dept. came to my residence to check the original documents. It's been 2 months now i haven't recieved my passport. My permanant address is M-34 b MALVIYA NAGAR NEW DELHI-110017.

kindly check the problem behind this non delivery of my passport.

I request you to please send my passport as soon as possible since i need it urgently.
