I have applied for a passport and the application form submitted at Chandigarh passport office along with required documents for the issue of passport vide receipt No CHD-A064201-09 and file No. CHD A064201 09.I had applied for same on 18-11. My police verification was completed long back. After 2-3 week of police verification there was a online comment on net that we will dispatch it by 02/02/10 But now there is a another comment on net

(AS PER THIS OFFICE RECORDS, YOU HAD APPLIED FOR AND/ OR OBTAINED PASSPORT EARLIER PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS FACT INYOUR PRESENTPASSPORT APPLICATION AND FURNISH DETAILS OF THE APPLICATION AND THE PASSPORT OBTAINED. ALSO, SURRENDER THE OLD PASSPORT IMMEDIATELY. )

I don’t know how it happen because I have applied 1st time. So please give your valued suggest to solve this issue.
