This is M.Shailaja from Hyderabad, I have not yet received my passport till now, I don't understand what's going on in the passport department, Because of the passport delay I am not able to travel, Its almost 4 months back I have applied for it.

On the recent check I have found the below statement which was updated on 05-03

"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time "

The week is over but not yet received my passport.
