Delay in issue of passport

I applied for my passport in RPO, VSP on 21-10 with application ref.no. VSP A016557 along with the sealed cover containing the police verification certificate..I went to RPO in person on 28-01 and the concerned clerk told me that my PP forms are sent to Bangalore in November for verifying my address there at which I stayed from april to may. I went to Bangalore and visited city police commissioner's office, Dy.commissioner's office, kalyan nagar, banasawadi and passport office. I was told that the pp forms with the said ref.no were not received by them. I attempted to call the RPO, lodged many complaints but all are not attended. I again went to RPO, VISAKHA on 18-03 and the concerned clerk in that office throw a set of pp forms on me and so rudely and discourteously shouted on me when I attempted to know the exact problem and he was reluctant to give thye acknowledgement on my complaint..I submitted another set of pp forms and till today, I did not get any message from them.

I also wrote a letter requesting the RPO to issue my passport as I already completed 11 months of my stay in rajahmundry in the current address. Please do the needful and let me know the method of questioning the RPO under right to information act.-M.SRIDEVI
