Passport Not Received - Hyderabad

Hi,

I have applied passport for my parents on 28-04 at Hyderabad.

Following are the File Reference Numbers:

HYD-Z701885-10

HYD-Z701886-10

Currently the status can be seen as below:

Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 23-07. Subject to all documents being in order.

(I have been seeing this from last 10 days)

Can anybody know how many days it takes for receiving the passports if the status is shown as above.
