Delay in passport dispatch

I applied passport on 18.06.2010 and still online is showing me the status police report not received. I missed out lot of job opportunities abroad due to this delay. Please help me to get my passport ASAP.

My file number is MDUZ18694010. Please look into this and let me know if i have something to do to receive my passport.
