Sir, with great grievance, I inform you that I had applied for a passport under your kind control on dated 22/11 with file No LKOA17890807 all the formalties of the passport was delay observed by police and intelligence. I waited for it for three month and when the passport was not issued, I contacted the office and I was told that your passport I has not been issued due is the lower print. It will be reprinted and issued is youre in a month. I waited for a month but when I did not receive after a month I not second, thereafter, third time, I always found the same answer but the passport.now my file has been closed.

Therefore I request you once to reopen my file and issue my passport and give me relief so that I believe in order.
