Police enquire completed 2 month before not yet passport received

i was applied passport normal way in chennai on 27th July. Police enquiry completed followed by next month (Augest) after that no response. i check the enquiry in passport office they said Clear Police Report has been received. Your Passport will be despatched shortly. that's all.. till now same status.. not change. could you please check this one. my File Ref. No. : MASA02282110
