Non-Receipt of Passport

Sir,

Myself Shashi Ranjan Kumar, I have applied for the Passport last year in the month of Sept. 2009 through Passport office, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh whereas all the verifications and formalities including police verifications have been done successfully. But I havn't received any information regarding my passport till date. Further, I have contacted to the Passport Office, Itanagar for further details many times but they have suggested me to contact the Regional Passport Office, Guwahati. In this regard, I request you to kindly convey me the details.
