Non receipt of passport

Hi,

My name is Priyatama samal NO: THNO987946_File no: D 019727, i have applied for passport on 10th October & police verification has been completed on 17th January, after 3 months of application. And even after, more than 3 weeks have been spent after police verification no status is available on the passport status portal.

Inspite of asking the status from mail request, no response have been received from the authorised personals (passport officers)

Where passport application system claims that its has 45 days of processing period, even after 4 months of application, no status is been available, can you please let us know why there is a flaw in this system.

where we claim to be an developed nation in the coming decade, we still are fighting for basic things.
