I am Mukesh Sharma and my DOB is 15.08.1977 i haver submitted aplplication form on dated 19.08.2010 sucesfully at Ghaziabad office. But since then I have neither received my passport nor any communication from passport office. On their requirement I submitted them 3PP form but out of doing that I have not received my passport till yet.

Pls, let me know how can I get my passport. My verification had already been done that time.
