Delay in issue of Passort

I am Sriram Damodar Jakhotia From Raichur Karnataka. I have applied for the passport on 09/11 File No BN15Z1051073110, Up to date i have not received my passport. Whenever i call the passport seva office they say that it is under process or they give me the Regional Office Number, Kormangala Bangalore. The Number they gave me is 080 25706100, 101, 102, But when i call on those Nos either it is engaged or when it rings they dont receive the call. So i please request you to go through my problem and solve it at the earliest. I am Not able to plan my trip without the Passport.
