Delay in passport distribution

Sir,

i hereby report delay in passport distribution in kozhikode regional passport office.it is reported that certain printers are faulty that is the reason for delay in passport distribution .i request to speed up because there are many applicants for Haj, they are unable to apply for the same due to lack of passport
