Website www.passportindia.gov.in is not useful

Dear Sir,

I used the website www.passportindia.gov.in for submitting the passport. It is useful for getting appointment no but no where status is updated. You will never know your status of the passport using this website.

Even if you call the call centre, call centre emmployee will tell you " are you the main applicant?

Is police verification done? if say police verification is done, your passport is under printing after one week you will be getting your passport.

The website is lacking the auto features in this website.

The admin access of the website is given to the RPO bangalore office employee. The employee of the RPO office does not know or do not have time to update the status.

RPO bangalore has the less employee working.

Govt is wasting money in passport call center. No one is getting benefited.

Nothing has changed in passport office as usual.
