Delay in passport

Espected sir,

i am sabera begum nisar.i have submitted my documents to make passport in march an even enquri police has came an done their work.i went to check after 1 month to passport office so was said that it is dispatched an should collect it from post office but when i went so said that it has not came from police station.i would request you to look after my problem as i want to go for haj this year.it is almost 1yr in waiting.
