Delay in despatch of passport

I am MURTHI GADALA have been applied for passport on 29-11, bearing File reference no: HYD-Z 056133-10. Police enquiry has been completed in the month of Dec but the passport not yet been dispatched to my postal address. Even in the passport status check I am able to find (It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time).
