Dear Sir,

On 24th March, I applied for my passport and my file no: is D350140/11.The police enquiry is completed and the report has been sent by SP office, Chittoor as per the details given below.

Letter No: 56/11

Serial No: 32/100, Dated: 09/05.

Three months completed, still I dint receive my passport. I am losing some abroad job opportunities due to not having passport in hand.
