Hello, I have applied for a passport on 18th jan but not yet received it. Current status is "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO ", what is this PRO and why my application is transferred there? My Application Number is z680127 in Lucknow. I need my passport urgent. Please help me. Many Thanks.
