Delay Issue of Passport

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Sukhendu paul. I have born at Rishra, Hooghly District but now I am staying parmanently at Madhyamgram, Nprth 24 Parganas. I have submitted form for new passport on 27.07.2010 vide file referance no. A 062782. Police verification from Barasat PS has been done and the report was incomplete. Then I have received a letter from passport office for submitting a PP Form for re-verification for place of birth. I have submitted PP Form for re-verification for the same and the 2 nd time police verification for place of birth has been done on 31.01.2011. After getting information the report has been sent to Hooghly DIB on 03.02.2011 from Sreerampore PS. But till today the report is lying at Hooghly DIB. For that reason in the passport enquiry site status is showing that 'Please submit PP Form for Re-Verification".

Please look into the matter and solve the same ASAP.
