Passport not received till date

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for the passport on 12/04and our file nos.is MASZ55205111, police verification and also cleared. But till date i have not received the passport. If i checking the passport status on www.indianpassport.nic.in it shows PR field Null under process, i have not received it till date. Please help me. Hoping for a favourable and fast action
