it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

I am afreen zeba, I have applied for passport on 04-05 and police verification has been completed in may. But while I am checking my status it shows as " it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" from last two month. One of my friend had applied passport after 1 month later than me and she got passport. It was very important for me. So please kindly help me regarding this problem as early as possible and kindly send a responce mail to me as early as possible.
