Dear sir/madam,

My name is Srikanth. Pyla, I have applied for the passport on 17th January. And the file Reference no. is VSP-Z400140-11. But till now I have not received the passport. Each time I enquired to the concerned pass port officer I am getting false commitments from there. In online also first they mentioned the dispatch date is on 25th march. But since April month I am getting the status as “Due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week’s time”. (since 6months I am getting the same status).

As this is very urgent to me I kindly request you to take this matter as utmost important and take the necessary action as early as possible.
