Delay in dispatch of Passport

Dear Hyderabad/Secunderabad Passport Officer,

We had applied for the 6 passports of my and my family members on 28-03. Passport status always shows that “It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time” for the last 2 months.

Kindly dispatch the passport ASAP.

As the Passport authority claim that they will deliver the passport in 45 days. It's 95 days Please some body show me the way that how we can get the passport as early as possible. Now we need it urgently.
