Against Sowmya yellamilli, Pass-part No: E-1294894... OP cases 311 & 62 from RR dist divorce and child custody are pending since 2009 and 2010. we have represented during March to passport office also not to issue passport to child, srisamhitha, 5 years. Above court cases are pending but child was shifted to UK by her Grand-Parents, Mr Ramakrishna working in Apsrtc, Rajole, EG Dist. during July. Their daughter, Sowmya was in London since 2008 deserted her husband and child and living separately... left on studies..without taking concurrence of in-laws or her husband. she is utilising/enjoing/taking advantage with foreign culture. Our Indian marriage act/rules of our Courts allowing her to enjoy her. My only son married during 2004 and living without any marriage-life... Request u for suggestion and advice... regards... parents
