Passport delay

Dear sir,

I had applied for my passport on April 19th (file number HYD-H010918-11). Police verification has been done the very next month i.e., in the May end, however, I still didn't received my passport. I am still waiting for my passport. For the last 3 months, the status on website is same "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time." I urgently need the passport for starting up my process of my further studies. I kindly request the authorities concerned to expedite the process of issuance of my passport, so that I can proceed with my studies plans.
