Delay of passport due to pending case

I applied pass port on 04-01 vide file No. HYDW35008111. In the police enquiry a criminal case is pending against me. I received a letter from Regional pass port office, Hyderabad, i.e. a criminal case is pending against you, furnish the desire information about it. I resubmitted a entire information about this matter and police re-verification also completed, but I have not received my pass port till today. I request kindly issue my passport as early as possible.
