Passport
Pass port not received till date

I am Sudepta Kumar Gouda having passport file no. BHU-A036526/11 applied on 20.07.2011 at District Passport Cell, Koraput. After police verification it was forwarded to District Collector Office and it was forwarded to Passport Office Bhubaneswar (Letter No.1411 Dated 13.09.11 from Collector Office). But the status shows police verification file was not found. So i have not received my passport till date. Can any one help me what to do.
