Surname spelled wrong in passport

Hi,

my passport no is J9490216 and file no is DLH-Z100163-11 and my name is prince agarwal, as i had submitted all mandatory documents at time of issuing passport. but i dont know they had mistaken wrote my name prince aggarwal (there is surname spelled wrong).so this can can make a huge problem for me.actual name is to be written on my passport will be prince agarwal.i had once gone to passport office bikajikama palace, new delhi for the correction but they again sended me the same one passport without making any correction.

please make it correct.i am seriousy stucked by this passport problem.provide me the solution as quick as possible
