Passport
Not received the passport

Dear Sir,

Myself Mrs. Dipali Deb, age 63 years who have to go abroad for my treatment. I have applied for the passport of 4th July' but till date I have not received any passport of mine. I have visited the passport office, Brabourne Road, Kolkata, they said that I would be receiving the passport within 15 days, but many 15 days have passed away, I have not received any.

I have completed all the verification details..In their website, it's written since 3 months that "due to unavoidable situation, we regret of not despatching the passport, however, it would be despatched in a week's time."

My file refe no.:A064193 (CAL) applied on 04.07.'11.

I have no clue, where do I go to get my passport??.Please help me.
