Delay for passport

Espected sir,

my name is Rashbehari Shaw and i am from west bengal (dist.-burdwan).i applied for my passport on 8/7 at burdwan passport office and i went to the dib office for verification but after a long period mu passport file reached to kolkata passport office .my file no is K002194, date of birth 07/10/1989.and after 10 month of applying i didnt get any call or passort.

so if you kindly draw your attention in this case i will be very obliged to you.
