Issue of my passport

Respected Sir,

iam syed hafeez uddin wants to give a complain against passport office regarding my brothers passport which was submitted on19/oct in the name of Syed Riyaz in tatkal service where every thing is clear, its been very shameful writing this complaint buts its necessary .every day when ever we go there they say everything is clear but its very clear that they are not worth of that job or they are not doing honor to there job.
