Respected Sir,

My name is S.Thirumurugan and I’m really frustrated with the passport office in Chennai. I had applied my passport renewal on 29th July. So far, I haven't received or heard anything from the passport office.

I have been constantly contacting the office and submitted letter thrice, but no response till date. Furthermore, every time I try to verify my passport status online the message that appears “on the screen (File Reference Number (MAS-D00367-110) is showing past one year online status (Clear police report has been received. Your passport will dispatch shortly)” either this information is correct or wrong). I'm so frustrated with the passport office and forced to me a lot of mental problems.
