Passport Delay
No police enquiry till now for fresh passport

Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the delay in getting passports for my aged parents. The passport is required for getting foreign country visa which would enable my mother treated with Glaucoma (vision disorder).

The passport file numbers HYD H01575610 (Noor Jahan Begum; Age 62) for fresh passport submitted on 9th August at the Khairatabad AP online center but the status still shows that the Police Report is not yet received.

There is no police verification for HYD H01575610 done yet.

This delay of more than 2 months is causing a delay in the treatment which is a threat to life.

Appreciate if you can get this expedited as soon as possible
