I bring to your kind notice that i have applied for passports of my family on 28/06 at Visakapatnam.police verification was over.and the status of our applications in online which was updated on 06/09 showing " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time.

and i dont know what circustances making the despatch of passport delay for 4 weeks.

i request you to kindly take necessary action regarding dispatch of following passports with file no.s

1) SAYYED MUSTAFA HUSSAIN MASHADDY, FILE NO. VSP-Z 204018

2) TAYYABA KHATOON, FILE NO. VSP-Z 204019

3) SHAHEDA KHATOON, FILE NO. VSP-Z 204020
