Delay in service of passport

Respected sir,

I submitted my passport application under tatkal scheme on 23rd May and my reference number is E001654. I am checking the status of the application everyday and it always says – Passport is ready on 28.05.12, but I havn’t received the passport yet, on enquiry the passport officer told that the file had been misplaced, and they are taking no action on this,

I need to go abroad for official training and my Office people are everyday asking to get the passport. I would request you to please take this as an urgent request and assist me in issuance of my passport.
