Delay in issuing Passport: R001346-10

Hi Sir,

I have applied for Passport for change in my name, spouse name to be added and change in address. I have submitted all the required documents along with my Old Passport at Passport Regional office, Hyderabad on 15th February. My Police inquiry was over one and half months back. Still now I haven't received my Passport. I don't know what took so long for issuing a Passport for this people as this is the only work they have to do?

In the Passport Regional Office site a Public Grievance number was given 040-27806657. But nobody lifts the call. I even sent an e-mail to rpo.hyderabad@mea.gov.in address, but got no response.

Please look into the matter and solve my problem to the earliest.
