NON RECEIPT OF PASSPORT -EVEN AFTER THREE MONTHS AFTER APPLYING

Dear Sir,

Myself along with my wife and son applied for Pass Port for ourself on 11.03.2011. The application reference details are as mentioned below.

S.Nagarjan (Application ref. BOM Z 941310,

Chandrakala, wife (Application ref. BOM Z 941309)

Karthik Nagarajan, son (Application ref. BON Z 941314)

The date of application is11.03.2011 for all three. It may be noted I am working in central PSU. We are living in the departmental accomodation. Since Iam a public sector employed person as per relevant rules of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, my Department have provided an Identy Certificate and the origional of the same has been enclosed along with my application. Further all other self attested certificates and necssary affidavits has been encloed with each application. These application s were scrutinised by the cocerned staff at the application receipt cetre at Chembur on 11.03.2011. Police verification was completed on 19.03.2011. Inspite of all these in the application status site the status was shown as ' police report incomplete' for all three cases upto two months from date of aplication. But now the pass port only for myself has been received. Where as the pass port for my wife and son has not been received. The status is shown as police report incomplete. In view of this undue delay and without any authentic official communication for the reason for non issue of pass port for my wife and son, I request to find out the authentic / genuine reason for not issuing the pass port from mumbai pp office. Here by I rquest your services in resolving my grievance with respect to the issue of Pass Port for my wife and son as per details provided above.
