Passport not issue and not show status

I have applied for my passport (now 4 months old) on Jan 5th in Pitampura passport office and police enquiry has been done on Jan 13th. however I didn't recieve any updates on this till date. I am not finding any status in online enquiry site. could you please enquire on the same and do the needful. below are the application details:

Passport applied date : - 01/Jan

Place applied : - Pitampura, New delhi

Police verification completed : - 13/Jan

Name of applicant : - Bhawna devi

Date of Birth : - 12/Feb/1986

It is been 2.5 months since this applicaton processed.
