Passport not received even after 8 months of police va rification done successfully

Hi,

We have applied for passport on 27-04-11. Police varification had done after 1 month of application date.

We checked with the local police, they said varification is success and file had dispatched to passport office.

But when we consult passport office, they did not received any varification from the local police.

We have to go US asap, and waiting for passport over10 months.

I have written many complaints to the passport grievance, but there were not a single response from them.
