Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Venkateswara Rao Pulakanam, I am a resident of CHIRALA (prakasam district), this is to bring to your notice that my passport for renewal was applied on 25-01-10, until now I have not received the renewed passport. Police verification is also completed 2 months back itself. My file no is HYDF100169-10.I am in desperate need of my passport. I kindly request you to take necessary action and issue my passport as early as possible.
