Passport delay from 5 months

Dear sir,

I applied for fresh passport on 1st august at hyderabad passport office. My file no is z402018. Date of birth 15/03/1985.

Police verification was done on 1st, september. But still status is showing that "police report is incomplete and the case is being examined" from 5 months.

Please help me so that I can get my passport quickly.
