Passport office bangalore
Passport application is not moving forward

I have applied for the passport on 14 august (14/08) from bangalore one center. My application has been submitted to the RPO Bangalore on 21/08. after 21/08 it is in the same state; it is not moving forward for further process. i went to RPO bangalore 3 times but i did not get any solution from there. Passport department is giving gurantee of that they complete the passport process with-in month but for my application more then three months are over; So i want to raise the complaint against them.
