PASSPORT OFFICE
120 days, yet no passport

Its been 120 days since i submitted the form and no news yet. I have emailed to "grv.jscpv@mea.gov.in" and "rpo.bangalore@mea.gov.in" some 10 times and not even a single reply. I don't understand how these lazy people are still employed! Passport Service is the worst service in India. These people should learn from other countries. They think processing a passport is as tough as building a rocket!

The status on their website says "Police Verification done and its been further processed" It is showing this from the past 3.5 months. What a shame on the organization!! Even if there is a genuine problem, they should inform me. 10 emails and no reply. When I go to the passport office they want to stand in the Q for hours just to check the File #. When will India develop when we have such lazy buggers?

I know nothing will happen and I will not even get an email for this complaint, but still expressing my frustration. I have lost 2 onsite opportunities just because of there fellas. There is no respect for citizen's time and money. What a shame!
