Not yet recieved passport

Respected Sir/madam,

I miss lavina sabestian Rodrigues an resident of Khanapur, Dist- Belgaum, State- Karnataka had applied for a new passport on 02/02 at belgaum post office, but still today i have not recieved my passport even after 6 months, what is the reason that i am not gegtting my passport even after 6 months. as i am checking the status everyday i am gegtting the same status i.e, whwnever i check i get the message saying that your file is in line for further process, this message i am getting for last 50 days. Will you please mail why am i being delayed to give the passport.

Hope so you will read my mail and proceed my file further.
