Non-issue of my passport

Respected Sir,

I have applied for Passport on 30/11 ie., nearly 1 year. I have submitted all the relevent documents and yet my passport work have not been done by the concerned department and authority.

As I urgently required my passport for job as well as research studies purpose in U.K., U.S.A. & Malaysia, but due to lethargic work of the department I have not received my passport and have lost numbers of opportunities and my future seems in dark due to their negligence.

I have also request the complaint authority of Passport Department but there is no response or action from their side. Does it mean that the Passport authority decides the fortune of the citizen of India or the concerned are fully corrupt and are waiting for some favour from my side.

I have lost all my hope for justice from all the departments and hopelessly I am complaint to the consumer complaint service, but the service shall be worthwhile if it have any control or power to get justice to the complainants. Or its just sharing of problems through this forum.
