Issuing of wrong passport

Dear Sir,

I, Ashish Shukla, applied for renewal of passport as all the pages in my passport was exhausted although it is valid till 27/05.

In the Tatkal application dated 22-sep (with in 1 to 7 days), i had requested for Jumbo Passport booklet and deposited the fees for the same but i have not received the new passport with 60 pages, i had received the passport with 36 pages. Also i had received the passport in 16 days.

My File NO: BPLR00573310.

I had deposited fees of Rs. 3000

The particulars of fees are as;

passport fees : 1000/-

Tatkal (with in 1 to 7 days): 1500/-

For Jumbo Booklet: 500/-

It is the complaint reg the not working as per the request and i need reimbursement of extra fees Rs 500/- For jumbo booklet and tatkal fees (with in 1 to 7 days) Rs 500/-.Total fee to reimbursed to me Rs 1000/-

As fee for tatkal application (with in 8 to 15 days) is Rs 1000/- only.

Kindly look in to the matter.
