Vast delay in processing of passport application

Dear sir,

I, Mahesh sharma, bearing application no. BHUW350870 D.O.B 14/4/1988, applied for passport on dated 10/5.The procession of that application is not even started yet. But according to rule it should be completed in 3 months.

But, till now the initial processing is even not done as in the website www.passportstatus.nic.in it says "File Reference Number (BHU-W350870-11) is either wrong or Information NOT available" its 3 about months now. Its too much, great disorder. I do not want to say people in other county that it takes 1 long year to make a passport. Please look into the matter soon.
