Passport Office Bubanewar
Delay in issue of Passport (File No: BHU-B003332-10)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I like to inform you that I have applied for a passport for re-issue on 17-08 at Passport Office, Bhubaneswar. File No: BHU-B003332-10 and Key No 6600333210. Police verification has been completed on 27-09. Till date I have not received my passport.

In the web site, status is being displayed "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" since last six months.

Kindly see the matter and help me so that I can get my passport at the earliest.
