Complain about not receiving the passport

Dear Sir/ Madam

I (Shashi Kant Singh, S/O- Birendra Singh; Village & Post- Majharia; Dist- Buxar) am pursuing MBA Rural Management form School of Rural Management, KIIT University Bhubaneswar. I applied for a new passport in Patna Passport Office on 10th December. My Passport file no. is PAT A 134176. When the verification came in my police station that time I submitted all necessary document and coming back for proceeding my further study but still online status showing that Police Report Not Received. I don’t know where is the problem? Even I don’t know where is my document lying? It is difficult for me to going back to my native place and pushing my document. It is already going to be more than two month. Please help me.
