I had submitted my application for passport in Bhopal on July 09.

On 1 Nov '09 i received a letter from the passport office bhopal asking to furnish following document

Sworn Affidavit Annexure I

This document was sent, which has been delivered in passport office bhopal on Nov 25 and it is going to be 5 months but the status is still showing as stated above.
